Our beef is available for bulk purchase in three different sizes. The weights are based on the hot-carcass weight (aka. rail-weight) at the abattoir. This is the weight of the animal before being processed (cut and wrapped). Therefore the final pick-up weight will be approximately 30% less due to deboning and trimming during processing. If you are interested in ordering smaller quantities, please check our price list at the bottom of the page. Pick-up is by appointment only.
